Refer a lead to Polaris Aero
Work out which part of VOCUS fits the customer in front of you, then pass the lead over. If you are not sure, say so on the form and we will work it out.
Polaris Aero is the safety half of Veryon. Every referral is credited to you by name and reference number.
Product fit
Polaris Aero serves business aviation: flight departments, charter and fractional operators, helicopter and rotary operators, maintenance organizations and FBOs. Commercial airline opportunities are also in play.
If your lead flies an aircraft, start with VOCUS SMS and FlightRisk. If they maintain or service them, start with VOCUS SMS and GroundRisk.
Filling in the form
Only the fields you need are required, the rest are marked optional and they help us open the conversation properly rather than cold.
The notes field is the most useful one on the form. Anything you know that we would not find ourselves belongs there.

Which part of VOCUS fits your customer?
VOCUS is Polaris Aero’s safety intelligence platform. Start with what the customer does.
Pick one and it sets your starting point on the form.
VOCUS SMS
Safety management system for reporting, investigation, corrective action and risk control. ASAP and FOQA/FDM addons available.
Good fit for
Organizations running an SMS, building one, or preparing for an audit. Also, specifically helpful for operators seeking the new FAA Part 5 SMS certification.
FlightRisk
Flight departments and charter operators running Part 91 or 135 flight ops.
Preflight flight risk assessment. Identifies hazards and the matching mitigations for every flight, drawing on the schedule, crew, weather, aircraft and airfield data.
GroundRisk
Maintenance teams, hangar operations, ground handling and fueling.
Risk assessment for ground and maintenance operations, extending the same method beyond the flight deck.
Services
Consulting Services
Organizations that need help standing a program up, not just software.
Bridging the gap by guiding the customer through planning, training, execution, and continuous improvement as their needs warrant. ASAP 3rd Party Facilitation and Culture Surveys also available.
Training
New Safety Officer, expanded safety team, refinement of what has already been deployed.
Additional training for the customer to help their utilization of VOCUS products.
What happens next
Same day
The lead arrives in the Polaris sales inbox with its reference number in the subject line. You get a copy by email.
Within one business day
The sales team triages it to the right person and they make contact. If you asked for an introduction, they open that email with you on it.
Credit is tracked
Every referral is recorded against your name and its reference number, so credit is never in question.

A notification, not a thread
This is the alert that tells the sales team a referral arrived. The actual conversation with the lead starts as a fresh email from the Polaris rep, with the referrer on it where an introduction was asked for.
One reference, three places
PA-2026-0851 appears on screen, in the referrer’s copy and in the subject line, so the same string finds this referral later.
